  Collard Roofing replaced our whole roof from a hail storm.  Tobin's inspections found not only damaged shingles, he also discovered an area with damaged roof sheathing on our 45 year old home.  This area is a cathedral type ceiling inside our home and he recommended spray foam insulation rather than regular insulation since the insulation was needing to be replaced under the sheathing.  Incredibly, now this room has never been as warm in the winter and as cool in the summer; the spray foam he recommended has made a huge difference.  And, for a bit more money he upgraded the roof to a class 4 impact resistant shingle and our homeowners' insurance rate dropped!
